On game day, BGI club members posed in front of an A-Frame and one of the 75 recycling bins in place.
These pictures show club members preparing the A-Frames that dispense free bags for recycling and trash at the tailgating events. The A-Frames were painted the week before Purdue's first home game on September 6, 2008.

For fun, Boiler Green Initiative members participated in a scavenger hunt throughout campus. The members had to take pictures of themselves at a specified location. These are some of their pictures.
2007
Boiler Green Initiative went out to promote recycling among the football tailgaters. The club distributed plastic bags to the tailgaters and then later collected them. Later in the evening, club members picked up all the plastic recycables in the stadium.
